Precautions

There is potential for cardiac risk of sexual activity in patients with preexisting cardiovascular disease. Prior to prescribing sildenafil citrate, physicians should carefully consider their patients on multiple antihypertensive medications. Sildenafil citrate has systematic vasodilatory properties that resulted in transient decrease in supine blood pressure, in this way Lovex potentates the hypotension effect (such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia).
The safety of sildenafil citrate is unknown in patients with bleeding disorders and patients with active peptic ulceration. Prior to prescribe sildenafil citrate to such patients the estimation of risk and efficiency should be done.
If you are administration other medicines, you should inform your physician.
